Eliminator Spraybar Linear Screen
The Camtac® Spraybar has been engineered and developed over the last decade to be the ideal partner to your filtration and media separation.
There are variants to suit a wide range of industries from sewage works to mining, paper mills to agriculture and are manufactured from stainless steel. The nozzles incorporate an inverted design that allows an internal brush to clean the nozzle aperture of debris whenever performance drops off. The brush is made from stainless steel bristles that run the entire length of the Spraybar. These are turned by means of a hand wheel. There is also a quarter turn ball valve that allows dirty waste water to be expelled whilst the brush is operated. The nozzles are retained and located by means of a stainless steel circlip.
For the paper industry we have needle jet Spraybars that oscillate at variable speeds from 400 mm/min to 0 mm/min and operate at pressures up to 30 bar. Nozzles are available in 316 stainless steel or with Ruby inserts. The operation of these units is via compressed air at 6 bar or by the water that is used in the Spraybar, thereby eliminating the danger of sparks in places where intrinsic safety is essential.
We have a new development that will be available as an add-on to enable the Spraybar to be completely automatic and also be operated with compressed air at 6 bar. This eliminates the need for connections to PLC’s and computers.
Nozzle sizes vary from 0.3 mm to 3.2 mm for needle jets and from 1.0 mm to 8.0 mm for vee jets. Operating pressure between 1.5 and 30 bar for stainless Spraybars.
