For Tracker installations that utilise ISO standard cylinders to operate the belt tracking it may be necessary to install our Cylinder Speed Control Kit to regulate the speed of the cylinder and Eliminate any erratic movements or instances where the cylinder cycles from limit to limit.

The port fittings on the cylinder are replaced with our special speed control fittings and individually adjusted and locked to regulate the speed of the cylinder to suit the machine requirements.

The kit consists of fittings to accommodate port sizes of 1/4” BSPT, 3/8” BSPT and 1/2” BSPT. Other port sizes or thread types can be ordered on request.
